Utica Skyline
This project was created while in the Young Entrepreneur Academy class, a course for middle and high school students to create their ideas into functional businesses. In 2018 my company Deo Art & Design was launched with the Utica Skyline being my signature product.
“For the people that love Utica even if they don’t”
The original drawing was done on a 3’x2’ canvas with a sharpie, later digitized to create 10x10 print, magnets, and t-shirts. This taught me how to market myself at a young age and how the business and design worlds can go hand in hand to create great things.
“It’s a Utica thing”
To this day I still own the business and have people contact me around the holiday season to get a gift for someone they know. There were a lot of fun moments after the business got off the ground, I had the opportunity to run a photoshoot for my t-shirt line (seen to the right).
